1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age — or the higher minimum legal age required by the operator and the applicable license jurisdiction — to register and maintain an Account on dc22. dc22 is an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be verified. Being 18 years of age does not, by itself, confirm that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using dc22 is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 3.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one Account on dc22. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim bonuses more than once, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. dc22 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void associated balances and winnings without notice.
3.4 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information when registering. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, current address and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4. Registration & Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dc22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify dc22 support immediately via the contact details in Section 17.
4.2 Account Transfers
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.3 Account Closure by User
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting dc22 support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures following closure of the Account, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus conditions remain unresolved.
5. Deposits & Payments
dc22 accepts deposits through the payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of your transaction. Payment methods referenced on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others — are referenced as familiar options for Pakistani users and do not constitute a guarantee of availability or an endorsement by those providers.
5.1 Minimum Deposits

5.2 Deposit Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your dc22 Account originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. dc22 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.
5.3 Currency
dc22 displays account balances and bonus examples in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where conversion between currencies is applied, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed in the cashier.
6. Withdrawals
6.1 General Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following standard conditions:
- Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the first withdrawal.
- The payment method used for withdrawal must match the name on your verified Account.
- Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be requested.
- Your Account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes or AML holds.

6.2 Processing Times
dc22 makes no guarantee of specific withdrawal processing times. Processing windows vary by payment method and are determined by the operator, payment processor and, in some cases, the receiving financial institution. 6.3 Withdrawal Method
dc22 may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to operator policy and the method's withdrawal capabilities. Cryptocurrency withdrawals, where available, will be processed to the wallet address provided — dc22 accepts no liability for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
7.1 Bonus Eligibility
Promotional offers on dc22 — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cricket weekend promotions, cashback and other incentives — are subject to individual terms and conditions specified at the time of the promotion. Not all Users will be eligible for every promotion. dc22 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
7.2 Illustrative Figures
Bonus figures cited on dc22 pages — for example "100% up to PKR 25,000", "up to PKR 10,000 Sports Starter" or "30x wagering requirement" — are illustrative examples only. They represent realistic scenarios for informational purposes and do not constitute confirmed live promotional offers. Current offers and their exact terms are always specified on the active promotions page of the cashier.
7.3 Wagering Requirements
Where a wagering requirement applies, it specifies how many times bonus funds (or a combined deposit-plus-bonus amount) must be bet before any associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse
dc22 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or misrepresenting eligibility status.
7.5 Expiry
Unused bonus funds and any associated free spins or promotional credits expire at the end of the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
8. Betting & Gaming Rules
8.1 Sportsbook
All sports bets placed on dc22 — including cricket markets (PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, UFC, and other events — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market and sporting event. dc22 reserves the right to void, suspend or settle bets in accordance with applicable sporting rules where events are cancelled, abandoned, postponed or subject to irregularity.
8.2 Odds
Odds are displayed in decimal format. dc22 reserves the right to change odds at any time up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted at the time of confirmation are the odds applicable to your bet. Requests to renegotiate confirmed odds will not be considered.
8.3 Casino Games
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer processes, depending on the game type. RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent statistical long-run averages, not guaranteed returns per session. dc22 does not guarantee specific outcomes or winnings from casino games.
8.4 Maximum Winnings
Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits and per-game win caps may apply. These are specified in the cashier and relevant game rules and may change without prior notice.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on dc22 and will result in account suspension, closure and/or forfeiture of funds:
- Creating more than one Account per individual.
- Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or below the minimum required by the applicable jurisdiction.
- Using automated bots, scripts, software or tools to interact with the platform in any way not expressly authorised.
- Colluding with other players or with staff to gain an unfair advantage.

- Engaging in money laundering, financial fraud or any activity in violation of AML regulations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any dc22 content without our prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dc22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, payment processing errors or connectivity issues.
- Decisions made in reliance on illustrative or informational content on the platform.
- Any gambling losses incurred during normal platform use.
- Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, third-party failures or circumstances beyond dc22's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any matter where exclusion would be unlawful under applicable law.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
dc22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances (non-exhaustive):
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
- Compliance with applicable law, regulatory requirement or court order.
- Account inactivity beyond the period specified in the operator's inactive account policy.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach, dc22 reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the account holder subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding compliance checks.
15. Amendments to These Terms
dc22 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users through account notifications or email where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the dc22 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is specified by the operator.
Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — governs their activities locally. dc22 provides no representation as to the enforceability of any clause in a Pakistani court context.
